Mill House
Mill House provides a spacious retreat ideal for families or groups of up to 5 guests. The house features three bedrooms (two doubles and one single), a main bathroom with bath and overhead shower upstairs, and a convenient wet room on the ground floor. The fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable lounge ensure a homely atmosphere complemented by a flat-screen TV. Outdoors, guests can enjoy private parking and a luxurious hot tub at the rear of the property. Self-catering essentials include a fridge freezer, microwave, stovetop, toaster, kettle, cookware, crockery, utensils. Bedlinen and towels are included for a hassle-free stay.
Mill Lodge Cabins
Nestled beside the river, the Mill Lodge Cabins offer a serene setting surrounded by picturesque landscapes. Cabin No. 1-3 and 4-5 accommodates up to 3 guests with one double bedroom and one single bedroom. All bedrooms have a flat-screen TV. A compact open plan kitchen & Lounge area. Cabin No. 4 accommodates up to 6 guests with three double bedrooms, a cosy lounge with flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen for all your self-catering needs. All Lodges have a private patio area features a fire pit, and separate hot tub, perfect for unwinding outdoors. Additional amenities include a communal children’s soft play area, private parking, and optional breakfast or BBQ packs from McAtamney’s butchers. Bedlinen and towels are included for your convenience.

Located in the charming village of Upperlands, just five minutes from Walsh’s Hotel, The Linen House is a beautifully restored historic property offering luxury accommodation for groups and families exploring Northern Ireland.
This spacious house features nine bedrooms, including one with disabled access, and five bedrooms equipped with kitchenettes for added flexibility. Guests have access to a large shared kitchen with utility room with washer/dryer, a separate dining area, and a spacious living room ideal for relaxation. Outside, the property boasts off-street parking within private grounds, an outdoor seating area, hot tub and storage for wet gear.
